This band focuses on music associated with Lester Young, nicknamed the "President of the tenor saxophone" by Billie Holiday. The rhythm section contains some of the best Bay Area's expert swing musicians, and local favorite Emily Day will sing some of the repertoire made famous in the immortal recording collaborations of Holiday and Young.
